1. Standard Delivery

Applicable to Zone A – Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya

We will deliver within the stated time frame as above, i.e. 7 to 14 working days depends on stock availability.

Our delivery team will contact you at least 3 working days prior to actual delivery date to schedule a delivery appointment. Once the information is verified, we will proceed with the delivery arrangement.

You can call to change the delivery date or address; however, we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.

Any cancellation/delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee. The fee will be as per the shipping charge made during the purchase of the order.

 

2. Outstation Delivery

Applicable to Zone B – Perak & Penang and Zone C – Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor.

Minimum purchase amount is required to proceed with the order for outstation delivery. 

The outstation delivery fee is fixed at the above rate for a single delivery. Outstation delivery rate above excludes delivery to islands without linked bridge. On-site assembly is complimentary. 

For the delivery rate above, delivery date is subjected to XIMU truck’s schedule. We will deliver within the stated time frame as above. The delivery date will be determined by XIMU delivery team and we will inform customer at least 3 working days prior to actual delivery date. 

Delivery time frame may extend if customer does not accept the first delivery truck schedule. Customer shall wait for the next truck schedule which may exceed the time frame provided above.

Any cancellation/delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee. The fee will be as per the shipping charge made during the purchase of the order. 

 

3. For customers who would like to pick the delivery date or special request, the delivery fee will  be charged with a different rate as below. Delivery by truck is available for delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Delivery on Sunday and Public holidays can be arranged with a surcharge of RM 100. On-site installation of  item(s) delivered by truck is complimentary.  

Kindly note that at present, our team is unable to undertake installation works that require permanent fixing on your home’s physical structure such as wall drilling and installation of pendant lighting.

 

Labour Charges for Inaccessibility to Lift

Additional fees will be applied per trip for deliveries with limited accessibility or without lift access or using staircase, at RM 50 per level per item.

 

Delivery Time

1. Items in stock: 7-14 working days 

2. Items that are out of stock: Please email or call us for assistance. 

3. Made to order items: 30-45 working days 

4. Pre-order items: ETA will be shown at the respective item

Storage Timeframe & Charges

1. We provide FREE STORAGE up to 3 months from the date of purchase; or from the product ready date of Made-To-Order item(s) / Pre-Order item(s). 

2. After the 3 months’ free storage period, the storage fee will be charged at 5% of the item(s) value per month. 

3. The storage fee accrued to be paid by the customer before the item(s) is shipped out or self collect.

4. Item(s) that is being stored at XIMU’s warehouse for more than 3 months are not exchangeable or refundable.

 

Self-collection

If you wish to self-collect your order item(s) at our warehouse or showroom, kindly select self collect on the Check Out page during your online purchase.

Notes:  

  • We will contact customers via call/WhatsApp once the ordered item(s) are ready for collection.
  • Customers to bring the proof of Sales Order upon self-collection.
    Customers to bring their manpower and suitable transportation that could fit in their ordered  item(s).
  • Assembly service will not be provided for the self-collect item(s). However, the assembly instruction & hardware will be provided in the box. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you have any questions.
  • Customers are advised to check the condition of the item(s) upon collection.

  • The above rate for disposal charges is for item(s) that can be dismantled only (customer must  confirm that the item(s) can be dismantled). 
  • In the case that customer(s) is unsure whether the item(s) can be dismantled or not, please get advice from our delivery team as the disposal charges might be different or additional charges might be incurred. 
  • Customer(s) MUST inform our delivery team in advance if there are item(s) for disposal.
  • Disposal can only be done during the same delivery trip.
  • Disposal fee must be made to Inception Design and Trading Sdn Bhd at least 3 days before the delivery/disposal date.
  • Disposal fee is capped at RM 350 at one time/address.
  • Relocation fee is RM150 within 50km.
