Where are XIMU products manufactured from?
Most of our products are designed and produced locally. We have in-house designers and our production line operates in Sungai Buloh. We do source from overseas to expand our furniture collections. Be prepared to spoilt for choice!
Do you accept customization?
At this moment, customization is applicable for our Wood Slab Dining series only. You may contact us at +60122163882 for the details.
How do I place an order?
You may get our products directly from our showroom at Eco Business Park V (Puncak Alam), or shop online www.ximu.my. We can also assist you in placing your order over the phone or email.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within Peninsular Malaysia. You may refer to https://ximu.my/delivery-policy/ for delivery charges.
What’s the delivery lead time?
On regular basis, you can expect delivery within 7 to 14 working days for KL, Selangor & Putrajaya, 15 to 25 working days for Perak, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor, depends on stock availability and status. Made-to-order items often required around 30 – 45 working days. For Pre-order items, estimation time arrival (ETA) will be written on each item. You may email us at info@ximu.my if you are uncertain about the delivery time.
Are installation services being provided?
Absolutely! Our delivery team will assemble your product without extra charges. This service is excluded for customers who self-collect the items.
How can I make payments on my order?
Payments can be made in our showroom or through online transfer. All account balances must be paid in full prior to delivery as XIMU deliveries are made by outside contractors who cannot process payments on the day of delivery.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
At XIMU showroom, we accept cash, cheques, Visa and MasterCard credit cards, E-Wallets and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT). For XIMU website, we have FPX, Debit & Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), GrabPay and Touch n Go e-wallet.
Any instalment plans available?
Certainly. Our instalment plan is 6-12 months. currently is available for showroom purchase only. We accept Aeon, Affin, Alliance, Ambank, BSN, CIMB, Citi, HSBC, Hong Leong, OCBC, RHB, Standard Chartered and UOB.
