We guarantee that you receive what you’ve paid for. You are eligible for a full refund if your order is significantly different from its description or fails to arrive at your doorstep. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Inception Design and Trading Sdn Bhd (915358-V)
1. Order Cancellation
Before Delivery
- Should you change your mind about your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 days from the purchase date and 3days before your item is dispatched. Kindly notify us on this and we shall proceed with the order cancellation and refund.
- An administrative fee of 2 – 5% (depends on payment method) will be deducted from the order amount, the balance after deduction will be refunded to customer.
- Order(s) placed 7days or more from the purchase date is not eligible for cancellation and is non-refundable. However, you may still CHANGE your item(s) selection 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. The new item(s) must be of equal or greater value than your original order. If the replacement item(s) costs more, the price difference will be charged during the exchange process.
- Made-to-order or Pre-Order item(s) is cancellable within 3 Days from purchase date. No cancellation and refund thereafter.
After Delivery
If you find that your piece doesn’t quite fit your space, fret not, you have up to 7 Days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange or return for your item(s).
2. Returns & Refunds
- You have up to 7 Days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange or return for your item(s).
- For a smooth return process, please ensure your item is in as-new condition and that you retain the original packaging. All returns will be subjected to a return collection fee (see below) and an administrative fee of 2 -5% (depending on the payment method), deducted from the item(s) amount. In the event that you no longer have the original packaging, there will be an additional RM 50 repackaging fee per item.
- After receiving the returned product(s), our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure it is in as new condition. Upon confirmation of its condition, we will issue a refund deducting applicable administrative fees, repackaging fees (if relevant), and collection fees.
- NOT entitled for Made-to-order or Pre-Order item(s) and Home Decor & Accessories.

- The collection/exchange date is subjected to our transportation schedule.
