1. XIMU’s products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing or workmanship defects. We enforce strict product quality control to uphold the quality and integrity of our offerings. Hereby we warrant you:

2. Within warranty period, your product is subjected to one-time one-to-one exchange only.
3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.
4. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser with a proof of purchase and is not transferrable. Upon reception, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the product for any defects. Item will be deemed free of defects if no issues are reported within 14 days of reception.
5. Exceptions to the coverage include but are not limited to:
- Regular wear and tear, including scratches and watermarks
- Products modified or repaired by the purchaser and/or a third party
- Defects caused by improper assembly and/or use
- Damages caused by impact, sharp or foreign objects, including tears, scuffs, indentations and damage from pets
- Damages incurred to the tabletop resulting from the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents
- Damages caused by exceeding the load limit of 100kg (For bedframes and tables)
- Damage where usage is involved in a commercial environment (E.g., restaurants, bars, hotels, offices, Airbnb etc.)
- Wood grain or irregularities on the wooden surface that arise from the natural texture of the material
- Natural ageing of the wood in the forms of minor cracks and slight colour change over time
- Changes in appearance as a result of variations in temperature and humidity
- New furniture/ fabric smell or odour
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, our Warranty does not apply if product is used outdoors.
6. Our decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. Any decision regarding repair or replacement of part(s) will be made at our sole discretion.
